General Conditions
All of our orders are handled and sent within eight working days following their date of purchase. Orders are sent via Canada Post, unless a different shipping method was requested by the buyer. Deliveries outside of North America may take longer and require additional shipping fees. Please note that for international purchases, Customs duties and taxes may be applicable and are the responsibility of the buyer. Merchandise is subject to availability. Prices can be modified without notice.
Return Policy
If you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase, your item can be returned within 30 days following its purchase. Please note that no return will be accepted for an item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts. To process your return request, we will need a note detailing the reason for the return, a copy of your purchase receipt, and a telephone number where we can reach you.
Please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges for the returned item are at the expense of the buyer.
